I asked Scott if he could sort us tickets for The Open at St, Andrews that had been sold out for months. I paid and the tickets were sent to me within a couple of days. I wasn’t sure how smooth the experience would be after being let down by other companies in the past, but we had an amazing time and will definitely be using Elite again.

FAQs

If you have any other questions, please email info@elitetickets.im

Simply submit a request for any event via one of our online forms and one of our team will aim to get back to you within 24 hours with a quote.

You can also reach us via our WhatsApp business account by clicking on the button in the bottom right of our website.

Your quote will be valid for 72 hours and payment can be made directly into our Isle of Man business account either via invoice or through a secure payment link.

After payment is received, you will receive an order number and a receipt of purchase.

Tickets for most events are usually released in the week leading up to the event. The delivery of your ticket will of course depend on the type of the ticket as they can either be physical paper tickets or E-tickets (which is the case most of the time nowadays.)

E-TICKETS

PDF tickets will normally be sent to you between 24-48 hours before the event. These  can be printed at home or displayed on your phone. We’ll specify which applies to your order.

Mobile Tickets are typically transferred 24-48 hours before the event.

In any case, we will email you specific instructions related to your event.

PHYSICAL (PAPER) TICKETS

We aim to get all paper tickets sent out to you within 3-5 days before the event. In some cases, tickets may be delivered on the day of the event. If this is the case, they’ll be available for collection locally at a convenient place.

Elite Tickets & Hospitality caters to a niche market on the Isle of Man and the majority of our client base want specific seats and access to sold out events, often booking last minute.

Because of this, our prices are reflective of current market rates.

Due to our trusted network of suppliers, we are confident that these rates are as competitive as you will find anywhere else online. We also charge no extra fees on top of the ticket price, unlike many other platforms.

In the unlikely case that there is an issue with your ticket upon entering the event venue, Elite Tickets & Hospitality will aim replace your ticket on the day for a ticket in the same price bracket as your order.

We have partners on site at every venue that can act swiftly to fix any issues should they arise, and we’re on hand to make sure things are resolved as quickly as possible.

Your first point of contact will be us via WhatsApp. We will coordinate with our on-site partners and then organise for the transfer of the new tickets.

It’s rare, but sometimes there can be issues outside of our control. You can be assured that solving these issues will be a priority should any arise.

Typically, exact seat details are only confirmed once you receive your tickets in the week of the event.

You will always know which area of the stadium or arena you are in though as per your request.

If you’d like to sit in a specific seat at an event, this will likely be subject to a fee so please request this when enquiring.

No. Unlike the majority of online ticket website, Elite Tickets does not charge extra fees on top of what we quote you.

The only extra fees that may be added on to an order is if you request specific seats at a venue. These fees will always be made clear before you make payment.

Elite Tickets & Hospitality does not have an exchange, refund or cancellation policy. The exception to this is if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled and you are not able to attend, we cannot offer any refunds.

It is your responsibility to keep up to date with the dates of any event you book for. If an event changes date and you cannot attend, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances

For bookings of 2-4 tickets, seats will be together unless otherwise stated upon booking. For bookings above 4 seats, tickets may be grouped together in the same block and we will endeavour to allocate you as close as possible.
